Outdoor Family Posed Photoshoot

I am looking to have a family photoshoot edited in a specific style. About 10/15 images. The photoshoot took place outside by the beach but unfortunately it was very bright outside ( the only time of day this shot could be done). I need to of course make it less blown out, along with sky replacement and overall smooth out look to the people I can attach the style here. Sky replacement etc .. these are not my images I just like this photographers style so this is what I am looking to get get done to my own photos.
