Music Video BTS Photographer Needed

I’m gearing up for 2 full-day music-video shoot that doubles as a live recording session, and I’d like a dedicated photographer on set to capture the story unfolding off-camera. The vibe I’m after is totally candid—moments that feel authentic rather than staged—so quick reflexes and an eye for spontaneous emotion are essential.

Your lens will spend most of its time on the artists and performers: warm-ups in the green room, last-second wardrobe tweaks, the surge of energy as the track starts rolling, and those quiet exhale moments once a take wraps. Alongside that, I want two key story threads documented:
• Performance highlights (on-stage or on-set, but shot from the BTS perspective)
• Behind-the-scenes interactions that show chemistry between band, director, and crew

I’ll need a cohesive photo set delivered as:
• A curated gallery of roughly 75 high-resolution, color-corrected JPEGs (RAWs optional if you prefer)
• Web-ready versions for socials (2048px long edge)
• Delivery within 5 days of wrap via a downloadable link or private online gallery

Lighting will swing from soft prep areas to vibrant stage LEDs, so fast primes or a camera body that handles low light without heavy noise reduction will help you move seamlessly between setups. If you plan to use strobes or on-camera flash, please keep them unobtrusive so they don’t interfere with the video shoot.
