Morocco On-Site Document Verification
Budget: $10 – $40 USD
1. Visit the location
Go to: 10 Rue Abouljaad, Place Pietri, Rabat 10020, Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Morocco
Take 10–15 photos of the institute's name board from outside the building (and inside too, if possible). Make sure the photos are geotagged (location-stamped). You can use this app: www.gpsmapcamera.com
2. Get the verification form completed
Have HR or someone authorized sign and stamp the form.
3. Note down the verifier's details
Get their:
- Name
- Designation (job title)
- Department
- Contact number
4. If they refuse to fill the form
- First, ask for a short written note saying they refuse, with their signature or stamp.
- If they won't write anything, ask if you can record them briefly explaining why (on your phone), and also get their name, designation, and contact.
- If they won't allow that either, just note down who you met — their name, designation, and contact (or take their business card).
5. If you can't find the location at all
- Take 10–15 geotagged photos of the address itself, including the buildings/shops to the left and right.
- Record a short video (a few seconds) of the address.
- Talk to a nearby shop or business owner and ask if they know whether this institute ever existed there. Get that person's name, business name, and contact number.
6. Check the name on signboard vs. documents
Make sure the name on the signboard matches the name on the official documents. If it's different, ask them why and request either:
- A one-line written explanation on the form, or
- A Bonafide/Background Reference Certificate (BRC)
7. Double-check the form before leaving
Confirm that the start date, end date, and job designation match exactly between the form and the certificate.
8. Review the whole form
Make sure every field is filled in properly — nothing left blank or incomplete.
9. Stay in contact
Keep me updated throughout the visit so I know how it's going.
