I am preparing an old family house for the market and need a set of striking images that sell the lifestyle as much as the walls. The property itself has authentic, time-worn character, yet the buyers I am targeting expect clean, contemporary living spaces. Your task is to create photos—real, virtually staged, or a mix—that spotlight modern furniture and fixtures while respecting the house’s original charm.

Here is what I have in mind: every key room (living, dining, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, entrance) should appear airy and inviting, with tasteful modern pieces that feel “move-in ready.” I will provide floor plans, reference measurements, and any existing photos you need; you guide me on additional angles or lighting notes if a reshoot is required. Consistent color grading, balanced lighting, and subtle retouching are important so the entire set feels cohesive on a property-listing carousel.

Deliverables
• 12–15 high-resolution JPEGs ready for online listing and print brochures
• A shared folder containing the layered PSD/RAW files or 3D source files for any virtual staging
• Brief before–after comparison for each staged shot so I can show transparency if asked
• One round of post-delivery tweaks (minor furniture swaps or color corrections)

Acceptance criteria: every image must clearly feature modern furniture and décor in focus; no outdated elements should distract the viewer; final resolution 4,000 px on the long edge minimum; file names labeled by room.
