Lifetime Award Interview & Photos

I’m putting together a short tribute piece for a Telugu film producer ahead of a lifetime-achievement award he’ll receive on June 12. I need someone local to West Bloomfield, MI who can spend half a day at his house capturing a relaxed, candid conversation in his garden and then digitising a selection of personal photographs.

The shoot
• Video: A single-camera, sit-down “talking heads” interview that feels like a natural chat outdoors. Good-quality 4K or HD footage, two channels of clean audio (lav or boom), and enough B-roll to smooth edits.
• Stills: High-resolution copies of three categories of images he keeps at home –
– Family photographs
– Early life photographs
– Film industry photographs

What I’ll need back
• The full raw video files plus a synced audio track.
• A brief assembly or time-coded selects reel (no heavy edit required).
• JPEG or TIFF scans/photographs of the selected prints, colour-corrected and cropped.
• A short call sheet / gear list so I know what you used for archival purposes.

Logistics
I’ll coordinate the exact date with you and Mr Kotamraju, aiming for the first week of June to allow editing time. Expect up to four hours on-site; I’ll cover any nominal travel within West Bloomfield.
