Image Collection Project Using Phone (Middle East Countries)

We are a Private Limited company in India Looking for freelancers for the Image Collection Project in the Middle East Countries.
Requirement:
~ 10,000 lightly damaged Car images of 8 Sides
~ 8 angle images of each side are required for each car. (1.Front 2.Rear 3.Right 4.Left 5.Front Right 6.Front Left 7. Rear Right 8. Rear Left )
~ Image Quality should be of 1920 X 1080 resolution at minimum with enough variety in the data as per the lighting conditions.
The ask is Samples, Pricing per Set, and Timelines
