Identify necklace in poor quality image

I have a photo/video that was taken with an iPhone of an Instagram story that was playing on a laptop….which resulted in very pixelated blurred image and I need help identifying the male in the pool of this shot. More specifically, if he’s wearing a necklace. Is improving this image to that degree possible?
