House Verification & Furniture Photography
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm in need of a trustworthy individual to visit a house on my behalf, meet the owner, and take pictures of the furniture in advance of my furnished rental. As I live out of town, I want to ensure the furniture and house match the pictures in the listing. This is essentially a verification task to confirm the rental isn't a scam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take comprehensive pictures of all areas of the house: Living room, Bedroom, Kitchen
- Communicate with the house owner during the visit
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Prior experience in home inspections or property verification
- Excellent photography skills
- Strong communication skills
Please note, I do not require close-ups of the furniture, just general pictures of all areas of the house.
