House Inspections

I need someone who lives in Adelaide to go to house inspections for me. I am looking at moving down there next year but i currently live on the other side of the country. I cant apply for some places without first doing an inspection, and i can't do an inspection without applying for some others. I don't have a lot of money to spare, (most of it is in savings for moving), but i will pay for each inspection you attend. Ideally, if it is possible, I'd like you to video call me when you do the inspections but if thats not possible, i ask that you take lots of photos. I will provide you with a list of things that I'd like you to check for me as well, such as how many powerpoints in each room, do all the taps work, etc.
