2-Hour Party Photo & Video

I have a small, two-hour office celebration coming up in an indoor banquet hall and I need someone who can smoothly handle both photography and videography on a tight budget. During the event, I’d like you to capture a mix of candid moments, posed group photos, and short video clips of key speeches and activities. In particular, please be ready when we present the awards and when the dance floor opens—those are must-have moments.

Because the schedule is brief, efficiency is critical: arrive a little early to set up, work light and fast once we start, and wrap up promptly at the two-hour mark. Good low-light skills or portable lighting will help, as the hall’s ambient light isn’t always reliable.

Deliverables
• 40–60 lightly retouched high-resolution photos (mix of candid and group)
• A 3–5 minute highlight reel covering speeches, awards, dancing, and general atmosphere (basic color correction and clean audio)
