Hospital Site Verification in Turku

I need someone who can physically visit Turku University Hospital, Kiinamyllynkatu 4-8, and gather proof that the facility is an active employer. While on site you will capture seven to eight clear photographs with the GPS Map Camera App; the shots must include the exterior signboard, main entrance signage, interior notice boards, any rooms or offices where the Authority’s name appears on letterhead or posters, general common areas, and—of particular importance—medical facilities.

When you arrive, present the official background-check form I will send. An authorised representative should complete and stamp it; if they insist on their own format, obtain the same information on hospital letterhead. You’ll also fill in the short premises-condition questionnaire I provide.

Please request a copy of the Business Registration Certificate and note the exact reason if they decline. Because the location is a hospital, ask for the total bed capacity as well.

• 7-8 geotagged JPG photos
• Completed and stamped verification form (or equivalent letterhead document)
• Finished site-visit questionnaire
• Any registration certificate obtained or a written note of refusal with stated reason
• Bed-capacity figure or a written note of refusal with stated reason

This is a on-site task; prompt, polite interaction and clear paperwork are all that’s required.
