Grocery store smart cart field research
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m commissioning quick, in-store field visits to evaluate the new smart shopping carts now appearing in several grocery chains. For each assigned location, I need a 30-minute walk-through that covers three angles: how easy the cart is to use, whether its tech features work smoothly, and what everyday shoppers and store staff honestly think of it.
While on site, please capture clear photos and short video clips that show
• the cart in its aisle context and surrounding area,
• close-ups of the main features and on-screen functions, and
• where the carts are stored and roughly how many are available.
After the visit, complete my standardized report template. This should take no more than another half-hour and must summarise your hands-on experience, note any glitches, and include quotes or paraphrased comments from at least one customer or employee.
I pay a flat USD 40 for each successfully submitted visit/report and am open to topping up reasonable extra travel costs when a store is far from you.
Multiple locations are available across Israel. I am especially looking for researchers in Tel Aviv, Hadera, and Netanya.
