Graduation Photos & Press Release

I need full coverage of an upcoming high school graduation on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 6 p.m. in Manorville, NY, combining on-site photography with a polished press release that we can send to local media within 48 hours.

Photography scope
You’ll be moving between the auditorium, stage, and common areas to capture Candid shots, Group portraits, and Ceremony highlights. I expect high-resolution, color-corrected JPEGs plus a small selection formatted for social media. Please bring adequate lighting and backup storage so nothing is missed if the ceremony runs long.

Press release scope
The copy should center on ceremony details—time, location, atmosphere, notable traditions—and weave in all notable mentions such as guest speakers, valedictorian remarks, or award presentations. Aim for a concise 400-600 words with an attention-grabbing headline and a compelling lead paragraph.

Deliverables
• 75–100 edited photos, organized by moment and file name.
• One press release in Word, ready for distribution.
• Same-day transfer via shared Google drive or WeTransfer.

Acceptance criteria
Photos must be in focus, properly exposed, and free of watermarks. The press release should require no more than minor edits before distribution.
