Germany On-site Employment Certificate Verification

I need a local freelancer to visit Westpfalz Klinikum GmbH, Hellmut-Hartert-Straße 1, 67655 Kaiserslautern, and reconfirm an employment certificate as part of a pre-employment background screening.

The visit involves four concrete tasks:

1. Photographic evidence
• Take 7–8 high-quality photos with geotags taken with GPS map Camera app.
• Include the exterior with signage or signboard, the reception area, office rooms, common areas, and any place where the IA name appears (notice board, letterhead, plaques, etc.).
• Make sure each photo clearly captures the IA name, the overall layout/environment, and any distinctive landmarks or features that prove you were on site.

2. Form completion
• I will send you our standardized verification form and a short site-visit questionnaire.
• Ask the relevant HR or administration contact to complete and stamp/sign the form.
• If they refuse to use our form, politely request their own equivalent and note the reason.

3. Document collection
• Request a copy of the Business Registration Certificate.
• If they decline, record the exact reason for refusal.

4. Additional information
• Ask for the hospital’s total bed capacity.
• Again, if the information is withheld, log the explanation precisely.

Deliverables
• Original geotagged photos (JPEG/PNG).
• Scanned or photographed copies of the completed verification form, questionnaire, and any other documents obtained.
• A brief visit summary noting names/titles of staff spoken to, date and time of visit, and any written refusals or issues encountered.

This is a straightforward in-person task suited to someone already near Kaiserslautern. Clear, concise reporting and respectful interaction with hospital staff are essential.
