Full-Day Wedding Photo & Video
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m planning a one-day celebration that begins with a vibrant Haldi, flows into the formal ceremony, and ends late at the reception. I need someone who can stay with us from the first splash of turmeric through the final dance, switching comfortably between traditional, candid, and documentary styles so no moment feels missed or overly staged.
Here’s how I picture the coverage:
• Morning: arrive in time to capture Haldi rituals, family interactions, and quick portraits before everyone changes for the ceremony.
• Ceremony: classic altar shots, emotional candid reactions, and a clean audio feed for the vows. Capture full day wedding ceremony.
• Reception: grand entrance, interactions with guests/relatives and all the dance-floor energy until the send-off.
Deliverables I’d like after the event:
• A curated gallery of at least 300 color-graded, high-resolution digital photos, videos. No albums.
• One 4–5 minute highlight film set to licensed music plus a full-length documentary edit of the ceremony.
• Raw footage and unedited JPEGs on a separate drive or cloud folder for our archive.
Please bring your own dual-slot camera bodies, fast primes/zooms, gimbals or monopods for steady video, and on-camera/off-camera flash for low-light reception shots. Drone footage is a bonus if the venue allows.
Date, venue details, and a shot list will follow once we connect; for now, let me know your portfolio link and typical turnaround time for the final edits.
