Freelance Model Booker & Agent (Commission-Based)

Remercle Modeling Agency is looking for a freelance model booker & agent to join our team remotely. This is a **commission-based** role, offering the opportunity to earn based on the number of models signed and successfully booked for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Model Recruitment: Source and recruit new models through various platforms, social media, and personal networks.
Model Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with models, helping them develop their careers and manage bookings effectively.
Client Relations: Cultivate relationships with brands, photographers, fashion designers, and other industry professionals to secure bookings.
Booking & Negotiation: Handle the booking process, including negotiating contracts and fees for models.
Marketing & Promotion. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote models on social media and other platforms.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the modeling industry, talent management, or related field.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* A strong network in the modeling or fashion industry is a plus.
* Knowledge of the modeling industry trends and standards.
Commission Structure:
* This is a commission-based role.
* Commissions will be paid based on successful model signings and bookings made through your efforts.
