Freelance Art Assistant / Creative Project Support (Chattanooga, TN)

I’m a working artist based in Chattanooga, TN, currently building my website with a designer. I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help me gather, organize, and deliver the materials needed to complete the site.

This is a project-based role focused on getting my artwork fully photographed, organized, and ready for my web designer. The timeline is flexible, but ideally completed within a few months.

Project scope includes:

* Photographing artwork in a clean, consistent way (studio space provided)
* Uploading images to Dropbox with accurate details (title, size, medium, price, etc.)
* Helping organize files and ensure everything is complete for my web designer
* Light communication via email with my web designer as needed (she’s great!)

Ideal candidate:

* Organized and dependable
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable with basic technology (Dropbox, email, etc.)
* Has an eye for visual presentation or experience/interest in art/photography
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Good communicator

Project details:

* Project-based compensation (please include your estimate for completing ~40 pieces)
* Flexible schedule
* Potential to grow into an ongoing assistant or content creation role after project completion
