Flea Market Wedding Visuals

Our upcoming flea-market-themed wedding needs to be preserved in both motion and stills. The day will be filled with colorful vendor setups, lively crowd moments, and an overall atmosphere that blends celebration with the charm of an outdoor market. I want all of that captured faithfully and finished with a vintage, classic touch in the edit—think gentle film grain, warm tones, and subtle color shifts rather than heavy filters.

Final files will serve two purposes: quick-loading versions for social media posts and high-resolution images suitable for printed materials such as thank-you cards and a small run of posters. Please plan your workflow so each file is delivered in both formats without compromising quality.

Deliverables
• 3–5 minute highlight film (vintage-styled edit, suitable for Instagram and YouTube)
• 60-second teaser cut for Reels/TikTok
• Minimum 150 retouched photographs (vintage look) delivered in high-res TIFF/PNG and web-ready JPEG
• All raw footage and RAW photos on an external drive or cloud folder

Bring your own camera, lenses, audio, gimbal/tripod, and portable lighting as needed to handle both shaded vendor tents and open sun. We will set aside a brief window for you to shoot establishing shots before guests arrive, but most coverage will be candid and on the move.

The event will run for approximately eight hours; exact schedule and shot list will be provided once we confirm. Turnaround requested: preview within one week, final package within three weeks.
