Filming and photographing ad van campaign outdoors in Hartlepool

I'm looking to commission a filmmaker or 1 day's work, documenting an ad van carrying my campaign as it travels around Hartlepool.
It's a campaign to get politicians to stop, think and choose more constructive language on children's health issues. We particularly want to engage the local MPs around this.
The work would involve meeting the ad van on its scheduled stops and taking some attractive video and photos of the campaign. These should also reflect the city and environment around it that children are growing up in.
