Field Research – Malls in Cairo, Egypt | 3 Locations | URGENT

PROJECT OVERVIEW
I am conducting a professional research study on large shopping malls in the Middle East to support a major retail development project. I need a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer based in Cairo to physically visit 3 malls and collect specific data, photographs, and observations.
This is an URGENT project — I need the work completed and delivered as soon as possible.

1. The First Mall
2. Cairo Festival City Mall
3. Mall of Arabia

SCOPE OF WORK
For each of the 3 malls, you will be required to collect the following:
1. NEIGHBORHOOD & EXTERIOR
- Photograph the main mall entrances/gates
- Photograph all parking entrances/gates
2. FLOOR MAPS
- Photograph the directory/map board of every floor clearly (must be readable)
3. ENTERTAINMENT & FOOD COURT
- List and photograph all entertainment zone activities (cinema, kids zone, arcade, sports, etc.)
- Photograph the food court: layout, size, number of restaurants/outlets, seating capacity
4. HYPERMARKET (if present)
- Which floor is it located on?
- Estimated ceiling height
- Is there a separate customer entrance from outside?
- Is there a loading dock / delivery area? (photograph it)
- Approximate storage/back-of-house area size
- Total number of checkout counters
- General photos of the hypermarket entrance, interior, and checkout area
5. PARKING
- Number of parking levels (above ground / underground)
- Approximate total capacity if signage is available
- Type of parking system (ticket machine, ANPR, smart system, valet, etc.)
- Photographs of each level entrance and any signage
6. NOTABLE OBSERVATIONS
- Anything uncommon, distinctive, or worth highlighting about the mall design, services, or tenant mix that stands out compared to typical malls

DELIVERABLES
- Organized photo album (Google Drive or similar) with folders per mall and per section
- All photos must be clear, well-lit, and labeled
- Delivery as soon as possible — please mention your earliest available start date and estimated completion time in your proposal

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be physically located in Cairo
- Good eye for detail and ability to follow a structured checklist
- Comfortable taking photos in public commercial spaces

IMPORTANT – PHOTO SAMPLE REQUIRED
To be considered for this project, you MUST include at least one sample photo taken by you in your proposal (a shopping mall, retail space, or any public commercial area). Proposals without a photo sample will not be reviewed.
