Ai Everything 2026 Cairo Exhibition Participation (Photo & Video Coverage)
Budget: $100 – $300 USD
I’m looking for a single crew or tight-knit team that can handle both still photography and videography for our AI Everything 2026 exhibition in Cairo on 11–12 February. The goal is to capture keynote sessions, busy booth traffic, networking moments, and the overall tech-driven atmosphere, then turn that material into press-ready photos and an engaging highlight reel.
Please share a link-rich portfolio showcasing previous trade-show or conference work—anything that proves you can cope with mixed lighting, crowds, and fast-moving schedules. Alongside the samples, include a concise project proposal that covers:
• Your creative approach to shooting both days, including any assisting crew
• Gear list (camera bodies, lenses, gimbal/stabiliser, audio kit, lighting)
• Expected turnaround schedule—first draft assets within 48 hours, final delivery inside a week
• Your rate structure and any travel or equipment fees
Deliverables we’ll need:
• 150–200 edited high-resolution photos (plus all usable RAW files)
• 2–3-minute colour-graded highlight video in 1080p or 4K
• Separate clean b-roll clips and isolated audio for our marketing team
• Simple lower-third titles that match AI Everything branding
