Event Photography & Videography
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are looking for a photographer & videographer to cover our upcoming event in Hamburg, Germany on October 7-8, 2025. The event is related to the shipping/maritime industry and will take place in a hotel venue.
Event Schedule:
Day 1 (Oct 7): 08:00 – 18:00
Day 2 (Oct 8): 09:00 – 16:00
Program Highlights:
Day 1: 15 speakers, 1 panel, 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 1 cocktail reception
Day 2: 10 speakers, 2 panels, 1 coffee break, 1 lunch
Photography requirements:
Each speaker’s presentation: 5–6 photos on average.
Photos of panel discussions.
Wide shots of the hall & foyer showing audience and event atmosphere (should feel crowded).
Networking moments during registration, coffee breaks, lunch, and cocktail.
Exhibition booths and networking scenes.
Expected minimum: 500–600 photos (more is welcome).
Videography requirements:
Around 5–6 interviews will be recorded.
We only need raw videos (no editing required).
You should bring light box, lapel microphone, and tripod for the interviews.
