Event Photography & Cinematic Reels
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We have a series of Buzzar Events installations rolling out in malls and I need an agile shooter who can cover each activation end-to-end. On site I’ll rely on you for crisp stills that capture the energy of the crowd and the finer design details, then switch instantly to video so we can craft short, scroll-stopping social content.
The brief in a nutshell
– Shoot photographs throughout the event, moving fluidly between candid, posed and action moments.
– Capture enough 4K footage for a cinematic, 1-minute reel (vertical, reel-ready framing preferred).
– Edit the footage into a polished, colour-graded cut with dynamic transitions that match the brand vibe.

Final hand-off
• 30+ colour-corrected high-resolution images (ready for both print and social)
• One fully edited, 60-second cinematic reel in MP4 plus the editable project file
Turnaround: first draft of the reel within three days of the shoot; stills within 24 hours. If you’re Pune-based, have your own pro gear, and enjoy working inside busy public spaces without disrupting foot traffic, I’d love to see a portfolio link that shows similar work.
