My fiancé and I are hosting an intimate engagement celebration with roughly 15–20 guests, and we want a single creative partner to handle both photography and short-form videography on the day.
The vibe we’re after is mixed: candid shots that feel organic combined with a few well-posed portraits so everyone gets a frame-worthy image. The engagement ceremony itself is the absolute priority, though if you naturally catch a few guest interactions that’s a bonus.
Alongside stills, I’d like a concise highlight reel that stitches together the key moments—ring exchange, reactions, any toasts—into a polished, share-friendly clip.
Deliverables
• Professionally edited high-resolution photos in an online gallery or downloadable folder
• A colour-graded highlight video (around a minute, 1080p or higher, MP4)
Please bring your own camera gear, basic lighting, and any stabilisation you need for smooth footage. After the shoot, send me a realistic turnaround time for the edits; I’m hoping to share everything with friends and family within a couple of weeks.
