Project Overview:
We are seeking a qualified individual to conduct an in-person employment verification for a candidate who was previously employed at Clinic of Cedres, France. The scope of work is strictly limited to verifying key employment details through direct interaction with an authorized representative of the former employer.

Scope of Work:
The verification must focus only on the following information:

Confirmation of the candidate’s job title(s)
Verification of exact employment start and end dates
Confirmation of the reason for leaving the organization

Please note: Salary, compensation, and any financial details are not required for this assignment.

Verification Requirements:

The information must be obtained directly from an authorized representative of the former employer.

Expected Deliverables:

6–7 geo-tagged photographs, including:
Images of the (IA) from multiple angles
Exterior and interior pictures of the location
Clear images of office signage
5 simple pictures as well

A fully completed verification form, including:
Verified employment details (designation, start date, end date)
Date of contact
Name, designation, and contact details of the person providing the information
BRC / Company letterhead documentation (if available)
A completed site visit questionnaire
The verifier must sign and stamp the completed verification form as proof of authentication.
Special Instructions:

If the IA refuses to cooperate or declines to provide written confirmation, refusal details must be documented.
In cases where refusal is not provided in writing or email, a non-consensual recording may be required.
If the IA states that verification will be completed later and requests document submission, a follow-up visit is mandatory.
To minimize follow-ups, you must request the IA to provide confirmation via email and collect their name, designation, and official email address used for verification.

Additional Requirements:

If the IA is not located at the provided address, you must conduct a vicinity search and:
Contact at least three nearby businesses
Record their statements regarding the IA or organization

Payment Terms:
Payment will be released upon successful completion of all required tasks and submission of satisfactory deliverables.
