Educational Conference Photographer

I am putting en place a visual campaign around an upcoming educational activity focused on conferences and presentations. What I need most is a photographer who can capture strong “photos de la scène” throughout each talk: clear shots of the speaker, engaging angles of the audience–speaker interaction, crisp details of slides on the big screen, and the atmosphere that makes the session come alive.

Beyond simply pressing the shutter, I expect full-service delivery: thoughtful composition on site, professional retouching afterwards, and a consistent visual style that supports the awareness objectives of our programme. While our priority is stage-focused imagery, I remain open to mixing in a few candid or posed frames if you feel they will enrich the story.

Deliverables I will look for:
• 50–70 high-resolution, fully edited images (JPEG + RAW)
• A lightweight social-media-ready set (optimised for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Basic colour grading and exposure correction on every file, with deeper retouching where needed
• Transfer via a shared cloud folder within one week of the shoot
