Drone & Street Level Photography of Architectural Site

Our visualisation company requires high quality photography of a site in Southend-on-Sea, UK to use as the base for an architectural visualisation project.
The site is a beachfront commercial property and we will require both aerial (drone) photography and street level photography from a number of different vantage points.
We would ideally like to capture daylight, golden hour and evening images, and images will need to be delivered in a high-quality uncompressed format.
Any travel costs will need to be included in the quote, so a photographer based in the Greater London area would be ideal.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of professional drone and streetscape photography. Prior experience in architectural and real estate photography is not required but would be a plus.
