Documentary Corporate Event Photographer

I’m arranging a corporate gathering and want the story of the day told in a true-to-life, documentary style. The emphasis is on speeches and presentations: the moment a keynote speaker steps up, the spontaneous reaction shots from the audience, and the subtle details on stage. I need someone who can move unobtrusively, read the room, and anticipate those decisive instants without resorting to disruptive flash.

Lighting will shift between stage spots and ambient conference-hall fixtures, so solid experience working under mixed lighting is important. You’ll need reliable pro gear (dual-card DSLR or mirrorless body, fast lenses, and backups) and a streamlined workflow in Lightroom, Capture One, or a comparable editor to keep the images cohesive.

Deliverables
• 80–120 high-resolution, color-corrected JPEGs in chronological order
• 15 hero shots optimised for social media within 24 hours
• Complete gallery delivered via a secure download link within seven days

Post-production should focus on exposure, white balance, and light retouching—no heavy manipulation; authenticity is key.
