Doctor Training Photo Video Coverage
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
On 27 November 2025 I will be running a full-day doctor-training event at 〒231-0861 Kanagawa-ken, Yokohama-shi, Naka-ku, Motomachi 3-133-9, 5F. I need one professional who can handle both photography and videography from set-up at 7:45 a.m. through wrap-up at 6:00 p.m.
During the day I want a mix of candid participant moments, a few staged group portraits, and dynamic action shots that capture the hands-on training sessions. In parallel, I’d like continuous video coverage of the entire program—no highlight-only approach—so that every lecture, demo, and interaction is recorded.
I do not require any post-production; clean, well-exposed raw footage and image files will be perfect. Simply hand over the memory cards or transfer everything to our drive at the end of the day.
Deliverables
• JPEG photos covering candid, group, and action moments
• Full-HD 50 fps video files while moving, and full HD 25fps for still (not movement)
• All media transferred cloud link before you leave the venue
Please bring the gear you trust Sony mirrorless body, fast lenses for low-light interiors, a stabilised rig or tripod for steady video, and backup batteries/cards so nothing is missed.
Here you will only focus on videoing 2 doctors from Indonesia, but the training material will be recorded in full with audio.
