Distribute Logo Caps & Film
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a reliable on-site partner for a New Year’s Eve activation. The task is straightforward: hand out our company-logo baseball caps along with small decorative holiday items to partygoers, then capture the whole buzz on camera.
What you will actually be doing
• Arrive at the venue on 31 Dec and pick up the pre-packed boxes of branded caps and decorations.
* Pick up from other location may be required for additional price.
• Engage revelers, give each person one cap and a decorative piece, and encourage quick photo moments.
• Film short clips (horizontal and vertical) and snap high-resolution stills that show the items being enjoyed, logo clearly visible.
• Keep a simple tally so I know how many caps were distributed.
Deliverables
1. A folder of at least 50 photos (JPEG, 300 dpi).
2. Raw and a lightly edited highlight reel, 3–4 minutes, plus a 30-second vertical social cut (MP4, 1080p).
3. Distribution log noting total caps and decorations handed out.
Key details

• Extra give-away: Decorative holiday pieces only—no noise makers or party favors this year.
• Event atmosphere is lively; low-light capability and a small on-camera LED are recommended.
• All imagery must be released to us with full usage rights.
