Disneyland Engagement Photo Enhancement -- 2

My engagement photo from Disneyland needs some professional touch. The overall color balance is off, I want to really bring this picture come to life. I need the lighting adjusted, to feel like you are in Disney land. My hands are blurry and in the wrong place. My arm is overextended and posture is not great.
