DJI Drone Thermal Survey processing ORTHO Mosaic -- 2

We took a thermal image with our drone and need it to be done in ORTHO Mosaic. We have 8500 pictures taken on Hartebeeshoek LO31 coordinate system.
The photos are in WGS84 output coordinates need to be hartebeeshoek LO31. We have the photos in JPEG and what the file back in ECW.
