Create a video using photos and short video clips -- 2

I Have 10-14 raw images of some good moments. Also, have some 2-3 short video clips of the same good moments. Need to edit all images, video clips and make a beautiful photo video in FHD format by adding beautiful themes, graphics, beautiful transition effects, amazing cinematic effects, motion graphics, suitable background audio with sync, animated titles etc etc so as to make it extremely professional and engaging and this must be urgently completed by next 1-2 hours. must be done using professional software like premier pro & after effects etc etc and for this work, he must be experienced professional.
