Corporate Headshot Photography Session
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a photographer to capture a series of clean, corporate-style headshots that I can use in marketing materials for my coaching consultancy. I’m based in East Cobb, GA and would like the shoot to happen locally—either in your studio or on-site if you can bring a solid-color backdrop and lighting.
What I’m after
• A professional, business-focused look (no casual or creative concepts this time).
• Simple solid background so the emphasis stays on me and is easy to drop into brochures, keynote decks, and print ads.
Session details
I expect one outfit change and a quick review on set so we can confirm we have usable shots before wrapping. Total shoot time should be about an hour, give or take.
Deliverables
• At least 5 fully retouched, high-resolution images (print-ready)
• Web-optimized versions of the same shots in PNG or JPEG
• Turnaround within a week of the shoot, with an online proofing gallery or contact sheet so I can pick my favorites.
If you have a recent portfolio of corporate headshots—especially anything styled on a plain backdrop—please send a link along with a brief note on your typical lighting setup and availability over the next two weeks.
