Corporate Event Photographer Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Our annual corporate gathering takes place in Delhi on 17 January 2026, running from 10 AM – 5 PM, and I’m looking for a photographer who can be on-site the entire day. The assignment calls for a balanced mix of candid moments and formal group portraits, with the spotlight on our speeches and presentations.
To be sure nothing is missed, I will need:
• Stage shots capturing speakers
• Audience reactions as they happen
• Wide-angle frames that show the full venue and atmosphere
Please bring a kit that lets you move quickly between low-light stage work and brighter networking areas; experience with fast primes, on-camera flash, and a second body for seamless lens switching is a plus. After the event I’ll be expecting a curated, fully edited gallery of high-resolution images, color-corrected and ready for both web and print, delivered within ten days. If you can also supply a smaller set of same-day highlights for social media, let me know—that would be an appreciated bonus.
