Corporate Event Photographer/Videographer Needed

I'm hosting a [corporate conference / product launch] on [Date] at [Venue, City], running from [Start Time] to [End Time]. We expect approximately [number] attendees.

I need a professional photographer/videographer to cover the event. Key moments to capture:
- Speaker sessions (stage, slides, audience engagement)
- Panel discussions and Q&A
- Networking breaks and candid interactions
- Branded booth/display areas
- Group shots of VIPs and team members

Deliverables:
- [Number] high-resolution, edited photos (color-corrected, retouched) delivered within [48] hours
- A 2-3 minute highlight video with motion graphics, lower-thirds, and our company logo overlay (delivered within [5] days)
- Optionally, raw footage and/or longer cut for internal use

I'm looking for someone who can coordinate with our AV team, work around stage lighting, and provide a shot list prior to the event. Experience with corporate events is a must.
