Corporate Event Photo & Video Coverage
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m organising a corporate gathering and need one professional (or a tight-knit crew) who can handle both photography and videography seamlessly. From the first welcome coffee to the closing remarks, I want every key moment documented: the speeches and presentations on stage, candid networking interactions, and detailed shots of our branding and overall venue setup that will later feed our marketing library.
You’ll be expected to move effortlessly between stills and motion, balance available light with discreet supplemental lighting, capture clean audio, and generally keep out of the way while still getting the shot. Arriving early to scout angles and set audio for the podium is essential so nothing important is missed.
Deliverables
• Curated, retouched high-resolution photos ready for print and web
• A 2–3 minute highlight reel plus a separate full-length recording of each speech
• Organised raw files on request
Acceptance criteria: photos are colour-corrected, noise-free and printable at A4; video is recorded at 1080p or higher with stable footage, clear audio, and simple lower-thirds for speakers.
