Corporate Event Candid Photographer

I’m hosting a corporate event and need a photographer who can capture the story of the day entirely through candid shots—no stiff poses, just authentic moments of interaction, branding, and atmosphere.

Your job will be to networking, presentations, and any informal break-outs so the final gallery feels natural yet professional enough for social media, and future promotional material. Please work unobtrusively, reading the room to spot genuine reactions and key highlights without interrupting the flow of the schedule.

I'm the Events Manager for MISBO, an independent school association and we are having our Annual Conference in Nashville on Oct 23 - 25, 2026 at Loews Vanderbilt. I am inquiring about photography services for specific times during the event. The times are:

Wed 3 - 6:30pm - this would cover 2 of our pre-conference workshops and opening reception

Thurs 11 - 4pm - primarily covers our lunch, breakout sessions and the beginning of an afternoon general session

Fri 8:30 - 11am - general session and breakout sessions

Delivery by dropbox.

We would also like a few photos to use at the end of the day to promote to attendees.
