Corporate Conference Photographer Needed
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I’m organising an indoor corporate conference and want a photographer who can blend into the crowd yet still deliver polished, high-impact images. The brief centres on two things: natural, candid coverage of delegates networking throughout the day, and crisp, well-lit shots of all speaker sessions on stage.
I expect you to arrive early, scout the lighting, and work unobtrusively while maintaining professional interaction with our team and venue staff. You’ll need a reliable full-frame DSLR or mirrorless setup, fast lenses for low-light interiors, and the know-how to balance ambient light with on-camera or off-camera flash. Post-production should be handled in Lightroom or similar, with colour-corrected, lightly retouched files delivered in high-resolution JPEG.
Deliverables
• 100 finished images covering candid moments and every speaker
• Private online gallery plus a downloadable ZIP
• Usage rights for internal and marketing materials
• 72-hour turnaround after the event
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, share a portfolio link that highlights similar conference work and outline your shooting workflow. I look forward to collaborating.
