I need reliable, on-the-ground confirmation that a specific office building in Congo really exists at the stated address. Once on site, you will 1. meet the contact person whose details I’ll share after award, 2. confirm the street-level address matches the one I provide, 3. take 10–15 clear, time-stamped photos with a GPS-enabled camera (front entrance, signage, surroundings, and any distinguishing features), and 4. grab a screenshot of Google Maps showing your live location pinned on the building.
