Community Event Content Creation ASAP
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi, I need help creating a same-day content package for a community food drive event this Saturday.
Project goal:
Capture the event in a way that can be used for social media, donor updates, community trust, and future funding/proposal material.
Event:
Saturday Community Food Drive
Location: 4100 Fairmount Ave, San Diego, CA 92105
Hosted by Fairmount Refugee & Empowerment Center / Haitian Community Church
Deliverables needed:
Short recap video, 30–45 seconds, vertical format for Instagram/Facebook/TikTok
5–10 edited photos for social media
1 Facebook post caption
1 Instagram caption
1 short thank-you message for volunteers/donors
Optional: 3 quote graphics if we capture strong community statements
Style:
Warm, community-centered, respectful, hopeful, clean, and professional. Do not make people look helpless. The message should show dignity, service, unity, and real community impact.
Important shots to capture:
Volunteers setting up
Food being organized
People being welcomed
Families receiving support
Pastor/community leaders serving
Group photo if available
Close-up details of food, hands helping, signs, and location
Deadline:
I need the final content delivered by Saturday night or Sunday morning.
Please confirm if you can handle filming, editing, captions, and photo cleanup.
