Commercial-Style Apartment Photo & Video

I have a freshly finished, two-bedroom apartment that I’d like captured and polished in a clean, high-end commercial style. The job breaks down into two parts:

1. Photography
• Shoot every interior space—living room, kitchen, both bedrooms, both bathrooms—plus a few striking exterior angles that show off the building’s curb appeal.
• Deliver fully retouched, print-ready images (color-corrected, perspective-straightened, object/blemish removal as needed).
• Supply both web-optimized JPEGs and high-resolution TIFF/RAW files.

2. Drone video editing
• I will provide raw drone footage. I need you to stabilize, color-grade, and trim it into a short, flowing clip that matches the photo style and feels ready for a commercial reel.
• Add tasteful transitions, subtle motion graphics or text overlays if they help sell the space.
