Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a real estate agent to assist with a property evaluation task in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The task involves taking 10-20 clear exterior photos for a Broker Price Opinion (BPO)-style evaluation.
Key Requirements:
- Capture the building facade and parking lot
- No tenant interaction required
- Photos should be taken during daylight hours on a weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
- Exact location to be disclosed later
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in real estate photography
- Familiarity with commercial properties
- Attention to detail and ability to capture clear, informative photos
Compensation: We're offering $50 for this task. While we are working within a budget, we are open to negotiation if this doesn't meet your standard rates.
