College Event Photo-Video Coverage
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our nonprofit organization is hosting an expressive public student engagement event at a college campus on October 7 and October 9, and I need complete visual coverage—both video and stills—across the two days. The heart of the program is a series of civil conversations and debates, so the priority is capturing that dynamic back-and-forth while also preserving authentic audience reactions that give context to the dialogue.
You’ll have freedom to set up in the adjoining common areas. We’re setting up a small booth at the campus outdoors. Feel free to bring your own camera. We do have some equipment but the feel and familiarity of your own camera can be helpful to keep the process running smooth.
Deliverables I’m looking for:
• High-resolution, lightly edited photo set (color-corrected JPEGs) delivered within five days
• Full-length video files of each session, synced with clear audio
• A concise highlight reel (2-3 minutes) suitable for social sharing, delivered within ten days
If you’re comfortable juggling both camera systems or have a small two-person crew, let me know your approach and what gear you plan to bring (cameras, lenses, audio recorders, gimbals, etc.) Looking forward to working together to document these conversations.
