Casual Cooking Reel and Photography in Airport Lounge
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
We are seeking a Sydney-based videographer/photographer to bring to life the Australian edition of a global “Travel to Taste: Chef Series” campaign. This short-form video and photography project will spotlight a head chef based at Sydney International Airport, her Signature Dish, and the personal story behind her culinary journey.
The final content will be used primarily for social media and should have a clean, cinematic style that blends food, storytelling, and local setting.
Filming Locations:
- Primary: Lounge kitchen + dining area at Sydney International Airport
- B-roll: Sydney city/street/skyline scenes
- Off-site (TBC): Local grocer and/or Italian restaurant to add narrative elements
Video Production:
- Hero video featuring the chef preparing her signature dish
- Voiceover and live sound recording
- B-roll of food preparation, ambience, city visuals
- Final length approx. 1.5–3 minutes
- Edited for social media (Reels, Stories, YouTube, etc.)
Photography:
- Portraits and candid action shots of the chef in the kitchen
- Styled shots of the dish and key ingredients
We Will Provide:
- A detailed storyboard and working script
- Lounge and kitchen access coordination
Deliverables:
- 1x main hero video (1.5–3 mins)
- 15–20 retouched photographs
- Raw footage and stills preferred as part of final delivery
Ideal Freelancer:
- Based in Sydney
- Experience with food, documentary, or hospitality-style video/photo shoots
