Our company is hosting a full-day corporate party in Cape Town on 14 November and I need complete visual coverage—both photography and videography—from one versatile professional or a tightly-knit duo.
Scope
• Full-day on-site shooting (morning set-up through last guest departure)
• Focus on event highlights: décor, keynote toast, entertainment, crowd energy, branded moments
• Delivery of professionally edited, high-resolution photos and a concise highlight video that we can share internally and on social media
What I need from you in your proposal
• A link to your portfolio or Instagram that shows similar corporate or nightlife work
• Confirmation that you’re available the entire day on 14 November in Cape Town
• Your flat rate for the complete photo + video package, including basic editing and digital delivery
Gear, lighting, sound, and post-production workflow are up to you, so please mention the equipment and software you normally rely on (e.g., mirrorless bodies, gimbal, wireless audio, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom).
