I’m throwing a birthday party in Richmond, VA and want the atmosphere, laughter, and little in-between moments captured in a candid style throughout the event. The key scenes I need covered are the cake-cutting highlight and a handful of relaxed group photos with family and friends.
You’ll be on-site for roughly 3-4 hours, mingling as the celebration unfolds rather than staging every shot. If you prefer to mix in the occasional quick portrait or documentary-style frame, I’m open to that—as long as the final gallery still feels natural and spontaneous. Bring your own gear and creative eye; soft available light setups or a discreet flash are fine if the venue calls for it. Documentary style pictures in available preferred, no harsh, in your face flash pics. In general. Some flash in your face for a fun collage are ok.
