Birthday Party Event Photographer

My upcoming birthday party needs to be thoroughly documented, from the first guest’s arrival to the final toast. This is a lively, informal gathering, so the brief centres on event photography that balances natural, candid storytelling with well-posed group shots and thoughtful images of the décor.

I value crisp, well-lit images delivered in high resolution. A fast turnaround (within one week) is ideal so that friends and family can enjoy an online gallery soon after the celebration. Light retouching—colour correction, exposure balancing, and minor blemish fixes—should be included.

• Rights for personal use and printing

On-site coverage is needed for roughly four hours in a single location. Please bring backup equipment and off-camera flash in case indoor lighting is challenging. If you can also suggest a short pre-event shot list or creative ideas, feel free to share them with me; I’m flexible on the exact mix of candid, group, and décor images as long as the final collection tells the full story of the night.
