Birthday Event Photo & Video
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m hosting an indoor birthday celebration in Dubai on Thursday, 8 February, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and need complete coverage in both photography and videography. Throughout the three-hour window I want a balanced mix of candid snapshots that capture the genuine atmosphere as well as a handful of lightly directed group poses so no one feels left out.
Two moments must be nailed without fail: the cake-cutting and the lively guest interactions that unfold around it. Everything else you capture organically is a bonus, but those scenes are non-negotiable.
When the party wraps, I’d like two deliverables:
• A curated set of high-resolution, color-corrected photos ready for sharing and printing.
• A concise, visually engaging 2-minute highlight reel (vertical format is fine) that feels Instagram-ready, complete with tasteful transitions and licensed background music.
Please arrive with a reliable mirrorless/DSLR setup, a stabilizer or gimbal for fluid video, and discreet lighting so the indoor venue looks vibrant without blinding the guests. If audio capture requires a small mic for speeches or cheers, bring that along too.
Turnaround: preview shots within 48 hours would be ideal; final edits and the reel within one week. If you can commit to these timings and have a portfolio that shows similar social-event work, I’d love to lock in the date with you.
