Bilingual Photo-Video Coverage IREX
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need a local shooter who can give us 4–5 solid hours of photo-video coverage at IREX 2025 (Dec 3-6, Tokyo Big Sight, booth E5-16). The heart of the assignment is crisp demo photos and short video clips that spotlight our product demonstrations, with particular attention on their technical features. Around that core you will also capture a few booth-wide panoramas, clean venue shots before the doors open, neighbouring Flexiv / Kurabo booths, and record quick on-site interviews.
Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential so you can guide the interviews and liaise with our team; conversational Japanese would be a welcome extra.
Deliverables (transfer via cloud link within one week):
• 50+ retouched high-res stills
• 3–5 minutes of edited demo footage (plus all raw)
• Audio-synced interview clips ready for subtitles
Equipment is your call as long as it handles low-light exhibition halls and clean audio. The schedule can be fixed to whichever day between the 3rd and 6th suits you best; the budget is flexible once we discuss your kit and turnaround time.
